Our Santa Barbara beach inn is the place to experience turn of the century charm. The original house is a California Mission Craftsman built in 1912 and used during the roaring 1920's as the Santa Barbara Yacht Club. The Inn was lovingly restored in 1980 as the first bed and breakfast in Santa Barbara.

Choose from the original Bungalow, the Spanish Mediterranean Hitchcock House, or the 3 bedroom Beach House Suite with Santa Barbara beach rental accommodations for up to 6 people. Policies

All rates include a fulll gourmet breakfast and afternoon wine social.

Rates are based on double-occupancy and subject to 12% bed tax as of January 1, 2001. The charge for each additional guest is $35 plus tax per room night. Special business and mid-week rates as well as weekly and monthly rentals are available from October 15th to May 15th. Please inquire.

Off-season, a two-night minimum stay is required if a Saturday night is included. During July and August a three-night minimum stay may be required if a Saturday night is included. We have a seven (7) day cancellation policy however we do charge a non-refundable advance payment for the first night's stay at the time the reservation is confirmed. All changes or cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid a credit card charge for the remainder of your stay.
